Avri has extensive outstanding experience and expertise in divergent areas of agriculture, farming and rural development. He has worked as senior scientist at the ARO (Volcani Center) and led groups of scientists and projects development in breeding and genetics. Worked as partner and R&D manager of Galilee Seeds. He has introduced new products as R&D manager of Agrexco (fresh produce exporter). He has managed and led the Indo Israel cooperation in agriculture in establishment of Center of Excellence (CoE) for intensive cultivation and Transfer of Knowhow through direct extension to farmers. His aim is to focus on international projects in agriculture, rural development, transfer of knowhow and bridging between R&D and advanced agro technology and implementation in farming.
